Garth Johns is the author of a book that is simply called "Common Sense Leadership".

The messages that are contained in his book are for any leader at any level of any organization and are intended to improve leadership skills, day in and day out, one action at a time. In fact, the principles apply not only to the workplace but to leadership in general because, in so many ways, we are all leaders. Parents, hockey coaches, Rotary Club Presidents, school teachers and thousands of others must all demonstrate leadership skills to someone else at some point in time if they are to be successful.
