He has a Bachelor of Social Science, Masters in Psychology, a Diploma in both Education and Hypnotherapy and is a registered Organisational Psychologist.

Paul is the Managing Director of the human enterprise, a Director of Inspire Australia a promotional products company and manages a small property portfolio.
