Before Your Event

During Your Event

  • Software applications for desktop sharing – participants see the presenter’s computer screen for live demonstrations
  • Handout distribution
  • Event recording including audio
  • Moderation– your event manager will moderate your event, from prepping your audience and making introductions, to fielding questions and assisting attendees with any technical issues
  • Management – event managers can mute/unmute attendees, lock/unlock the meeting to ensure that your event starts on time, and facilitate the audio Q&A process during your event

 
After Your Event

  • Reporting – access to call activity, attendance reports and final registration lists
  • Recording, archiving, hosting and playback
